Addireen targets faster copper printing with a dual-green-laser industrial system
XH-M350G-2HR lists a 350 × 350 × 550 mm volume and 24.24 cm³/h; the performance figures remain conditional vendor data.
Addireen's third-generation XH-M350G-2HR uses two green lasers for powder-bed fusion of pure copper and copper alloys. The manufacturer specifies a 350 × 350 × 550 mm volume including the build plate, with two 500 W sources as standard and two 1,000 W sources as an option.
The wavelength is not a decorative feature. Copper reflects strongly in the infrared but absorbs more energy around 515–532 nm. That can provide more predictable melting and higher productivity, but it does not remove keyhole pores, lack of fusion, powder hazards or the narrow process window created by rapid heat conduction.
Published technical figures
Addireen reports up to 24.24 cm³/h at a 40 µm layer, a 20–120 µm layer range, scanning up to 8 m/s and a 40–60 µm spot. The machine weighs about four tonnes. It specifies more than 360 hours for protective-window life and a 3% coefficient of variation for gas flow.
The company says the platform can build about 400 optical-transceiver heat sinks on a full plate in up to 140 hours, with fins below 0.5 mm. Density up to 99.9%, thermal conductivity of 400 W/mK and electrical conductivity of 101% IACS are also vendor results. They only have meaning alongside powder, geometry, heat treatment and measurement method.
Where it may create value
The large, deep volume targets cold plates, heat exchangers, induction coils and high-current components. Additive value appears where internal channels, low volume or part consolidation outweigh powder, machine time, supports, heat treatment and machining.
High conductivity does not qualify a finished product. A pressure-bearing cold plate needs CT, leak and pressure tests; an electrical part needs contact-resistance, surface and thermal-cycle tests; thin fins need dimensional and fatigue verification.
Naming and evidence
Hungarian specialist coverage also calls the system Xihe, while the checked primary product and technology pages use Addireen branding. This article follows the primary Addireen name and does not treat the wording difference as a separate manufacturer.
The company cites more than 100,000 cumulative manufacturing hours. Without a public customer list, method and per-machine breakdown, this remains a corporate claim. Procurement requires a reference build and acceptance tests using the buyer's material and geometry.
Editorial conclusion
XH-M350G-2HR is a meaningful development because it combines green light with a larger dual-laser copper platform. The decisive evidence will be full-plate repeatability, channel clearance, anisotropy and finished-part cost rather than the best catalogue density.
